Blue Ice Concierge is London based lifestyle management service. We ensure you receive the highest level of personal service. Our members are entitled to nominate a partner and/or employee who may use the service on their behalf at no additional cost.
Examples of services we can provide to you include:
Luxury travel and worldwide hotel bookings – we can make personal recommendations and provide advice on travel destinations, arrange reservations in the worlds top luxury and boutique hotels and restaurants, and assist with priority bookings.
Restaurant bookings – we can recommend and arrange reservations in the finest restaurants worldwide. In London we can arrange private dining experiences with certain celebrity chefs.
Private transportation – we can arrange private yacht charters, private jet or helicopter transfers and chauffeur service or supercar hire for personal use.
Leisure – we can source tickets and VIP hospitality for any occasion including sporting events, theatre, opera and concerts including sourcing tickets for sold-out events, and access to certain members’ only clubs.
Personal household services, including recruitment of private household staff, home sitting service, private chefs and waiting staff for dinner parties, personal security and chaperone services, dog walking, gift buying and shopping assistance, planning of anniversary, birthday and Christmas parties.

LIFESTYLE MEMBERSHIP: £1,300 per year entitles you to up to 5 requests per month limited between 8am and 8pm 7 days a week but excluding UK Bank Holidays.
ELITE MEMBERSHIP: £5,000 per year is a bespoke package to suit your specific and particular requirements with assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
